Dr. Sweta Chakraborty is the CEO of North America, We Don’t Have Time. She is a partner at Pioneer Public Affairs. She is also the founder and principal of Adapt to Thrive, a venture that seeks to better inform individuals, businesses, and government entities on the complex, interconnected challenges, such as food insecurity and disease, already existing and emerging from a warming planet.
http://swetachakraborty.comDr. Gerhard Salge is the Chief Technology Officer of Hitachi Energy. He joined Hitachi Energy’s predecessor in 1999, working within Corporate Research. From 2005 to 2014, he had several roles within the Medium Voltage Products Business Unit. In 2015 he became Global Head of Technology for Power Products, then Business Chief Technology Officer - CTO for Power Grids in 2016. Gerhard Salge holds a MSc and a PhD in Electrical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University, Germany.
Heather Reams is the President of Citizens for Responsible Energy Solutions (CRES) that engages policymakers and the public about responsible, conservative solutions to address our nation’s energy, economic, and environmental security while increasing America’s competitive edge. Heather has been Chair of National Clean Energy Week since 2017. She is a Western Caucus Foundation advisory board member and serves on the board of directors for the American Conservative Coalition. She is a frequent commentator on the politics and policy of clean energy and the environment having been featured on MSNBC, NPR, and Newsmax TV, and in The Washington Post, Washington Examiner, Politico, Newsweek, Time, Roll Call, The Hill, Morning Consult, and The Atlantic, among others. She is a regular contributor to Real Clear Energy.
Arunabha Ghosh is a public policy professional, adviser, author, columnist, and institution builder. As founder-CEO of the Council on Energy, Environment and Water, since 2010, he has led CEEW to the top ranks among Asia's leading policy research institutions (8 years in a row); and among the world’s 20 best climate think-tanks. He conceptualized and designed the International Solar Alliance. He conceptualized and is a founding board member of the Clean Energy Access Network (CLEAN). Co-author/editor of 4 books and with experience in 45 countries, he previously worked at Princeton, Oxford, UNDP (New York), and WTO (Geneva). In 2018, the UN Secretary-General nominated him to the UN's Committee for Development Policy.
Mahak Agrawal is a climate scientist, urban planner, and sustainability expert, nominated to the IPCC by the Government of India in 2024. A LinkedIn Top Green Voice and former UN Fellow, she holds degrees from Columbia University and SPA Delhi. Mahak has worked with the UN, OECD, World Bank, and Indian ministries, and was a 2021 Gates Foundation Goalkeepers nominee. She recently launched All Bits Count at the UN Summit of the Future and COP29, and creates sustainable art with her mother to advocate for climate action.
Marco, with more than five years in energy and sustainable development, drove change at 21, ensuring access in Sub-Saharan Africa. Now a Business Developer for Renewable Energy and Hydrogen, he represents youth through EYEN and Green Jobs Tree, influencing policy as an IRENA I-ACT educator and COP delegate.
Hikaru Wakeel Hayakawa is a twenty-three year-old Guyanese and Japanese American climate justice activist. He serves as the Executive Director of Climate Cardinals, leading a community of 16,000 youth in 134 countries and 130 chapters in 33 countries focused on empowering youth and non-English-speakers at the forefront of climate solutions.
