What’s Needed to Scale Forest Restoration and Biodiversity Today

A discussion webinar hosted by Terraformation and We Don't Have Time

We Don't Have Time
Terraformation

Forests are the most powerful carbon capture system on Earth. But not all forests are created equal. Biodiverse native forest ecosystems can absorb many times more carbon than monoculture tree plantations.

To restore native forests around the globe, we must address an often overlooked bottleneck: seed supply. Global commitments to tree planting have already far outpaced the current supply of native seeds.

Join us to learn about how seed banking can help solve the climate crisis. Our panel with scientists, forest tech accelerators, and forest project owners will discuss the need for seed banking, solutions to address it, and how corporations and foundations can support this effort.

This page will be updated with speaker info and webinar agenda shortly.
