Dr. Sweta Chakraborty is the CEO of North America, We Don’t Have Time. She is a partner at Pioneer Public Affairs. She is also the founder and principal of Adapt to Thrive, a venture that seeks to better inform individuals, businesses, and government entities on the complex, interconnected challenges, such as food insecurity and disease, already existing and emerging from a warming planet.

Prior to that he spent six years with Senator Ben Nelson (D-NE), serving as a Legislative Assistant, and for five years as Deputy Chief of Staff and Legislative Director for Senator Mark Udall (D-CO). He also served as a Senior Advisor to USDA Secretary Tom Vilsack, helping to oversee the Natural Resources Conservation Service, Farm Service Agency, and the Forest Service.
Jigar Shah is the Director for the Loan Program Office at the U.S. Department of Energy. In his role, Shah leads and directs the Loan program Office focused on building a bridge to commercial financing for technologies that are ready to scale the transition to a global clean energy economy. He oversees the planning and execution of the organization’s over $40B of authority within manufacturing, innovative project finance, and tribal energy.
