The session will include three focused deep dives:
• What does a successful circular roadmap look like in practice?
• How can linear industries transition effectively?
• How do laws and financial structures need to evolve to support circularity?
Join us to uncover what success looks like in circular transitions and how to get there.

Emil Pettersen turns waste into raw material. As founder of Reparell and Reparell Innovation, he works where tech meets textiles; proving that measurable results and logistics matter more than feelings. With partners like BASF, RISE, and Everwave, he develops #EndOfWaste, converting degraded plastic into high-quality polymers close to both source and production. Each step is verified through LCA, ensuring impact that’s measurable, not mythical. His approach cuts the “green premium” out of the equation. Industrial change that makes economic; not just moral sense. Compared to the big players, he runs on a Mickey-Mouse budget, but with the same ambition: to make the circular economy actually work.
